
Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to implementing the 24-Hour Economy Policy, a key strategy to boost Ghana’s economic growth.
Presenting the 2025 Budget Statement and Economic Policy in Parliament on Tuesday, March 11, Dr. Forson emphasized the importance of this policy in addressing Ghana’s economic challenges.
“We remain committed to the pursuit of the 24-Hour Economy Policy,” he stated, adding that the policy is “crucial for enhancing our economic resilience and ensuring sustainable growth.”
The policy aims to transform Ghana’s economy by promoting round-the-clock economic activities, thereby increasing productivity and economic growth.
Dr. Forson also noted that the government will present the policy to Parliament in due course.
