
A joint operation by the Ashanti Regional Anti-galamsey taskforce has resulted in the seizure of several excavators and mining equipment at New Ebudiase, along the Pra River.
The taskforce, comprising personnel from National Security, the Police, Mineral Commission, and Environmental Protection Agency, carried out the operation on [date], targeting illegal mining operations in the area.
