In a moment that underscored her growing legacy as a trailblazer for women and youth empowerment, Amb. Zino Lexili Ogazi—Chairperson of the SDTA Awards and President of the Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy—was honored with a Citation of Honour by Pentecost University and the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS).
The award was presented during the 2025 International Women’s Day Conference, themed “Celebrating Resilience and Empowering the Next Generation of Women,” held at Pentecost University College in Accra. The citation recognized Amb. Ogazi’s significant contributions to the creative arts and entertainment industry, as well as her unwavering efforts in expanding educational and entrepreneurial opportunities for young people, particularly women.
The citation read in part:
“In recognition of your outstanding dedication, invaluable contributions, and unwavering commitment… Your insightful expertise, inspiring words, and tireless efforts have significantly impacted this gathering, leaving a lasting impression on all in attendance… You have empowered, educated, and uplifted countless individuals, paving the way for a brighter and more informed future.”
Accepting the honor with her signature humility and poise, Amb. Ogazi shared a deeply personal reflection:
“I’m just a girl—an incurable optimist—trying to live a life forged through perseverance, propelled by optimism, and defined by achievement through helping others to succeed. Receiving this honor for something I do out of passion and love is deeply fulfilling. It only strengthens my resolve to keep showing up, keep giving, and keep believing. I believe in myself, I believe in the future, and I believe you are never too young to chase your dreams.”
The event, jointly organized by NUGS and the Pentecost University SRC Women’s Commission, featured an impactful forum titled “What It Means to Be an Empowered Woman.” Amb. Ogazi served as both a guest speaker and panelist, captivating the audience with her bold call to action:
“As a firm believer in facta non verba—deeds, not words—I am here to champion the kind of empowerment that unlocks potential. Empowerment isn’t just talk, it’s action. We are building a world where young women are given the tools, the stage, and the support to thrive.”
More than a speaker, she was also a catalyst for real impact. Addressing over 500 students in attendance, Amb. Ogazi announced the awarding of 70% scholarships to 50 deserving young women for six-month professional diploma programs in fields such as Acting (Film & Stage), Modeling, Dance, TV Presenting, Pageantry, and Makeup Artistry—offered through the Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy. The initiative not only commemorated International Women’s Day but also marked the fifth anniversary of the Academy—a celebration she described as a symbolic “high-five” to empowerment. All scholarship beneficiaries were issued certificates.
Widely admired across the continent as a creative entrepreneur, model, orator, digital marketer, humanitarian, and young diplomat, Amb. Ogazi—affectionately known as “Queen Zee”—continues to break new ground. Her upcoming reality TV show, Face of SDTA Awards, promises to be a revolutionary platform for discovering and nurturing talent, while amplifying voices of empowerment across Africa and the diaspora.
Despite her accolades, she remains grounded in the challenges she has overcome. A young serial entrepreneur, Amb. Ogazi views every obstacle as an opportunity, emphasizing that success is built not on ease, but on the ability to rise, again and again.
“Failure is a lesson. I’ve learned from mine and from others’. But quitting? That’s never been an option,” she often says.
Her roles as Chairperson of the SDTA Awards, President of Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy, Creative Director of Supreme Dynamic Agency, and Special Envoy for the International Youth Network for UN Security Council Resolution 2250 in West Africa reflect a woman not only building a brand—but building a movement.
With every stage she graces, and every young dream she supports, Amb. Zino Lexili Ogazi is redefining what it means to lead with purpose, passion, and power.
This honor from Pentecost University and NUGS is not just a recognition of past achievements—it is a celebration of a rising force and a beacon of hope for generations to come.
