As Ghanaians celebrate the Easter festivities, Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has shared a heartfelt message calling for compassion, togetherness, and justice.
In a statement posted on her official social media pages, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang emphasized the importance of empathy, inclusiveness, and national unity.
“Let this moment inspire us to reaffirm our collective resolve to build a more compassionate and equitable Ghana—one that listens, uplifts, and makes room for every voice,” she said.
The Vice President extended her warmest Easter greetings to all Ghanaians, saying, “I send my warmest Easter greetings to all Ghanaians as we join Christians around the globe in celebrating this sacred season.”
She concluded her message by wishing everyone a “peaceful and meaningful Easter.”
This Easter message comes after Prof. Opoku-Agyemang underwent medical treatment at the University of Ghana Medical Centre and continued her recovery in the United Kingdom.
Her re-emergence with a message centered on unity and encouragement has been positively received by many on social media, who see it as a sign of her improving health and ongoing dedication to Ghana’s progress and collective well-being.
