
The University of Ghana’s Governing Council has been reconstituted with Mrs. Marietta Agyeiwaa Brew as the new chairperson.
Minister for Education, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, charged the council members to work diligently to elevate the university’s global standing.
The reconstituted council comprises notable members, including:

– Dr. George Agyekum Nana Donkor – President of the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development

– Dr. Kwesi Amakye-Boateng
– Dr. Abdul Karim Hatsu
– Ms. Doris Kisiwa Ansah

The council’s primary role is to provide governance and strategic direction to the university, ensuring its continued growth and academic excellence.
