Lawyer and management consultant Wonder Victor Kutor has been appointed to the board of Ghana Oil Company (GOIL), the country’s leading oil marketing company.
This appointment, confirmed by the Presidency, is expected to leverage Kutor’s legal and managerial expertise as GOIL navigates the evolving energy landscape.
Kutor’s appointment is part of President John Dramani Mahama’s strategy to strengthen leadership within Ghana’s energy sector.
His nomination coincides with the appointment of Edward Abambire Bawa as Group CEO and Managing Director of GOIL.
With a diverse background in law, corporate governance, and public affairs, Wonder Victor Kutor brings significant experience to his new role, bolstering GOIL’s leadership as it addresses the challenges and opportunities in the energy sector.
